Weight Room Ready with CFUP

Our Weight Room Ready Program is for High School aged Athletes (14-18) looking for an off-season Strength and Conditioning Program that also covers movement education and weight room safety and etiquette to get them ready for fall conditioning with their teams and/or build confidence for weight training.

This program will give each athlete a solid movement foundation - from beginners where this is their first time in a gym setting to more advanced athletes needing to dial in their technique - to stay safe and get the most out of future training programs.

Each session will include the following components:

Specific Warm Up

Movement Technique/Skill

Strength Training

Conditioning

Cool Down

Coach Aaron August, CF UP’s Director of Training, will be programming and leading each session.  Aaron has 15+ years experience working with youth athletes and will help your child develop the movement skills needed to become a well-rounded athlete in any sport or discipline.

Weight Room Ready starts NEXT WEEK Tuesday June 20th!

2 sessions 4 weeks (8 sessions) each

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1:30-2:30p at CrossFit UP/DPT

Session 1: Tue June 20th - Thur July 13th (Make up day July 8th for 4th of July Holiday)

Cost per session: $200/athlete
