DPT+: Sleep & Stress Management
High stress and lack of sleep are endemic in modern society and tend to be a result of our habits developed over time. This combination robs us of energy to focus, reach our goals, and be our best self. Using technology to track sleep and build new positive habits, our Physical Therapists can help build you a plan to manage stress, self-regulate your nervous system, and dial in your sleep to feel energized and get you back to being the awesome human you are.
*Option for wearable (Whoop, FitBit, Apple Watch or other) or contactless sensor (SleepTracker) for objective data imperative for best outcome. Ideally this would be in place before your first visit. If you do not have one of these devices, you can rent it from DPT for the duration of the program.
