Strong + Capable: a Starting Strength Series

A 12-class series is designed for anyone looking to start, or transition back into, a structured group strength and conditioning training program. Utilizing a mix of education, body mechanics, general flexibility, core activation, and strength and metabolic conditioning, we help participants build confidence in their body’s resilience and capabilities and get back to being awesome in a small group setting coached by Physical Therapists from DeWitt PT.

L.E.G.S.: A Return to sport class

This 12-class series is designed for those with ACL and other lower extremity injuries (knee, hip, or ankle) who are looking to return to sport, but don’t quite feel back to 100%. Utilizing a mix of strength, plyometrics, and metabolic conditioning, we help participants build coordination, power, and athletic capacity to get back to the sport of their choosing.

K2 Performance:

K2 Performance is a “first of its kind” lifestyle fitness program that balances fitness and recovery to keep you strong, capable, and living your best life. Overall priorities of the program are to build a good aerobic base, prevent injuries and increase strength and stability.

K2 is unique for a number of reasons:

  • Programmed to meet the needs of active people with real lives and real goals.

  • Incorporated pre-hab (mobility and activation) exercises into warm ups and recovery sessions.

  • Encouraged self check-in to choose the option best suited for you that day - Fitness or Active Recovery - to optimize your nervous system for best results.
