DPT+: Running
An average of 80% of runners are injured each year due to strength and range of motion imbalances, technique flaws and lack of volume management. Work one-on-one with our Performance Physios to evaluate your movement competency and running form, find your weaknesses, and build a plan to run stronger than ever and stay injury free. These sessions will be a blend of hands-on manual therapy, ongoing assessment and movement pattern development and coaching.
