DPT Knee pain level 1 flow

You Will Need a Foam Roller, 1/2” Superband and Anchor, a 12” Step, and May Need a Mat to Lie On

Mobility

Foam Roll: Glutes, IT Band/Quads, 30-60 sec Each

Brettzel Stretch, 2-3x Each Side, Hold for 5 Breaths

Then, Perform 2-3 Rounds of the Exercises Below

Banded Terminal Knee Extension (TKE), 20x/Side

Wall Sit, 45-60 sec

Single Leg Stance with Opposite Arm Band Pull, 12/Side

Toe Drag Step Up, 10/side

You will need a 1/2” Superband and Anchor, and a Weight Bench or Elevated Surface approx 12-20” high.

Mobility

Couch Stretch 45-60 Seconds/Side

Then, 2-3 Rounds of Each Exercise Below

Leg Lock Bridge 12 Reps/Side

Lunge Iso Hold 45-60 Seconds/Side

Single Leg Stance Hinge to Row 10 Reps/Side

Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat (Bulgarian Split Squat), 8-10 Reps/Side
