How to use the RODO 2-in-1 Mobility Tool to unlock your low back and hip mobility with Physical Therapist, Ryan DeWitt, PT, OCS, CSCS, CF-L2.

The RODO is a 2-in-1 mobility tool, similar to both a lacrosse ball and a peanut.

There are times when it is beneficial to have a single ball, and others for a double (peanut), and with the RODO we can do BOTH!

Ryan walks viewers through using the RODO to systematically unlock the low back and hips with this quick, 4-step series that he uses with his PT Patients and Performance Athletes.

If you are new to mobility work with a ball or tool such as the RODO, approach this slowly. It will likely be a little uncomfortable due to pressure, but shouldn't be painful, so adjust appropriately. If you are unsure of how much pressure or the proper performance or other considerations, please consult a PT.
