That's why we offer two top-notch training programs: CrossFit UP and K2 Performance

We opened CrossFit UP inside DeWitt Physical Therapy's new space in 2013, with the vision to combine our passions for injury prevention, movement correction, and CrossFit training.

We aimed to extend our DeWitt PT philosophy and apply it to our training. The principles of human movement restoration are implemented daily with our athletes at UP.

We believe movement is a skill that needs to be practiced, refined, and reinforced regularly to maintain our functional abilities.

This belief is a key component to longevity and sustainability in any fitness program.

CrossFit UP pulls from the best of rehabilitation, movement correction, and performance enhancement to create a complete training program focused on movement, resiliency, and athletic performance.

No matter your fitness level, our signature blend of PT-inspired corrective programming with responsible and challenging CrossFit training will change your body, and your life. 

In 2021 we launched K2 Performance with Coach Kelly Kelly. K2 Performance is a “first of its kind” lifestyle fitness program that balances fitness and recovery to keep you strong, capable, and living your best life. Overall priorities of the program are to build a good aerobic base, prevent injuries and increase strength and stability.

K2 is unique for a number of reasons:

- Programmed to meet the needs of active people with real lives and real goals.

- Incorporated pre-hab (mobility and activation) exercises into warm ups and recovery sessions.

- Encouraged self check-in to choose the option best suited for you that day

- Fitness or Active Recovery - to optimize your nervous system for best results. 

K2 Performance offers two different options, tailored to how you're feeling: 

Option 1: FITNESS 

“Ready to Crush It” 

Components: Warm-Up, Strength, Conditioning, Cool-Down 

Focus: Intensity 

Option 2: ACTIVE RECOVERY 

“Just need to move” 

Components: Warm-Up, Recovery Flow, Cool-Down 

Focus: Movement Quality
