OK, so in part 1 and part 2 we talked about how the shoulder is supposed to work.
Now we get in to how we get it to work more optimally.
Assuming general mobility isn't a significant issue, the Reach, Roll and Lift is a great corrective exercise to activate the Serratus Anterior and optimize function and endurance in the overhead position.
